And that is okay.

You don't have to raise your arms high to disguise five pounds worth of love handles

You don't have to use foundation and powder to cover the roots that live on your skin

Those stretch marks are symbols that your body has gone through some things to grow 
That you are a woman and not a girl 
That you have birthed nations and empires.

Your bosoms hang low because you have worked hard to feed the malnourished
You have used every inch of your body as source of energy 
You ran continuous miles to get things done 
And you have succeeded.
